Jennifer specializes in assisting private Investors, small business owners, corporate
investors, developers, attorneys and lending institutions by delivering profit
enhancing solutions in today’s real estate market.
She developed and created PCA Group (Preferred Commercial Alliances), a group
consisting of 32 business owners meeting two times a week that work only in the
commercial businesses. In the past few months the group has exchanged more than
1 million in business.

Jennifer originates from the Northeast. I traded a car for a piece of land in Fort
Myers in 1983 and that was when I got a taste for real estate as a career. Since then, I
have considered Southwest Florida a true paradise and my home.
I have been in business-to-business sales for the past 30 years and have met
professional business owners from Marco Island to Sarasota, Fla. I have learned
about all types of business operations from beginning to end. I have experience
with trucking/ distribution, commercial lending, janitorial, marketing, advertising,
retail, industrial and medical sectors of business.
My particular background led me to helping business owners grow their businesses,
and I have a talent to find the right fit for your business model. My sales ability,
coupled with a finance/business degree, proves that an agent can communicate with
clients about internal rates, gross rent multipliers and other financial analytics.
One of my best assets is the business connections I have made in this community. I
aligned myself with quality licensed bonded and insured business owners who
understand the meaning of customer service and fair pricing.
